I’m an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick, Impact Director of the CAGE Resarch Centre and a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Economic Performance, London School of Economics. I am also a research affiliate of RFBerlin and CESifo. I received my PhD from University College London in June 2022.
I am an applied micro economist and my research intersects labour, urban and real estate. My work uses a combination of (very) big data, extracting data from text, reduced form empirical work and structural modelling. I occasionally borrow methods from empirical IO.
My research often has policy implications, and I have contributed to policy work for the UK Government on international trade, zero hour contract regulation, minimum wages, and regulation that affects the housing market.
